1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your
order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that during peak seasonal periods or sales events, processing times may be slightly extended.
2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
We ship nationwide across Australia using reliable local courier services (such as Australia Post). Shipping charges for
your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard Domestic Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 to 7 business days.
Express Domestic Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1 to 3 business days.
Free Shipping: Available on orders over AUD $50 (if applicable during active promotional periods).
3. ORDER TRACKING
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can
use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact
us at EbecaIckinson4745@outlook.co.il with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
4. P.O. BOXES AND APO/FPO ADDRESSES
We deliver to physical addresses as well as standard Australia Post P.O. Boxes and Parcel Lockers across Australia.
5. SHIPPING DAMAGES & LOST PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and
contact us immediately at EbecaIckinson4745@outlook.co.il. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or issue
a replacement where applicable under Australian Consumer Law.
